Women are most fascinating between the ages of 35 and 40 after they have won a few races and know how to pace themselves. Since few women ever pass 40, maximum fascination can continue indefinitely.

The New Look
Christian Dior, founder of Dior, quite possibly may be responsible for more breast augmentations than any other couture line.  The first line came out in the spring of 1947 with what is now coined as “The New Look.”  A long, black pencil skirt hitting mid-calf–a break away from the large full skirt, tiny waisted models and large bosoms; the look was scandulous at the time, but soon became the coveted look.  This look has never been more prevalent as it is today.
Fun Fashion
Fashion is to be fun, lovely and diverse, which is exactly why Dior’s line is celebrated today.  It allows women to be individuals with splashes of color and the line works for all body types and ages.
About John Galliano
According to Coutorture.com, “Designer John Galliano jogs six miles a day and produces six couture and ready to wear collections per year. The man must be tired. Yet, these days, his collections for Dior are bursting with color and optimism. The designer, who used to head Givenchy before moving to Dior, is approaching 50 years old and, like any good British designer, dresses like he’s got the world’s best costume trunk at the foot of his bed. Say what you will, we like this brand of crazy in what came sometimes feel like a staged, monotonous industry.”
About Dior Cruise Wear 2009
Vanity Fair said, “The collection itself, meanwhile, was fabulously over the top. It is a glammed-up version of 1940s Hollywood, with brightly colored tunics, capri pants, ultra-chic bohemian caftans, long flowing gowns, and printed-silk, see-through chiffon bikini cover-ups. It reminded me of Rita Hayworth from Blood and Sand. Do you remember that incredibly sexy scene of Rita seducing Tyrone Powers?”
